Collating and managing accurate data is a key factor in ensuring the unemployment crisis is resolved. Knowing who is unemployed by location, region and possibly why they are unemployed will help ensure better planning and targeting of our programmes. The data would profile young people between the ages of 15 and 35 years old by their education level, literacy level and location (urban or rural).
Data would be exchanged and shared with key government agencies such as the Bureau of National Statistics.
Data Collation exercise will begin nationwide in December 2015, and would continue for a period of 6-months thereafter.
